RICS Excellence Student Award 2024

The Programme consists of 8 modules.

All modules will be assessed by 100% coursework.

1. Mature applicants of at least 21 years of age AND in employment; OR
2. A BTEC HND Diploma in Foundation Programme; OR
3. A recognized HKQF Level 3 Diploma in a relevant subject (e.g. "Certificate in Construction Engineering and Management" and " Certificate in Construction Building Services" from IVE); OR
4. At least one Hong Kong Advanced Level subject pass in a relevant subject (e.g. Mathematics); OR
5. At least one subject at Level 3 in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) examination; OR
6. Completion of a BTEC Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject; OR
7. A comparable qualification.

 

Remark

1. 本中心有權更改上課時間﹑課程內容及學費而不作另行通知
2. 本中心建議學員從事有關工作
3. 本課程採用英文教材，輔以中文授課，習作必需以英語完成
4. 除正常課堂外，特設額外習作輔導班，助同學解決習作疑難。(不另收費)

**同學須證明英語能力達到ITELS 5.5或相同資格。如同學英語能力未達此要求，可以就讀本中心所提供之英語課程，並且取得合格。
